Gobble Gobble 2012

We spent Thanksgiving with the Meier's, again, this year. It's kind of our annual thing and I love it. It's the one time a year I get to see all my cousins and Aunts/Uncles. It's been loving named the Jerry Springer Thanksgiving. The food was amazing (Gma Meier passed along her incredible kitchen skills to her kids) and the annual pinata and bingo did not disappoint.
Did NOT want to wait her turn with the pinata.

 Collecting their loot

These two, once again, made the day awesome.
Bingo seems to get bigger and better each year.
Thanks Dad and Mom.

I call these next 3 pictures:
"No no sissy, it's alright"

Snow Cabin

We stayed at the cabin for Thanksgiving again this year. The kids love to go sledding when we stay there. Lucy is still getting use to the whole idea of playing in the snow, but seemed to enjoy herself.
For the first 10 minutes at least :)

Lulu is TWO!

Our big girl turned 2 in November. She had a Hello Kitty party with some of the family here in town. She's obsessed with Hello Kitty and I have no idea where that obsession stems from? Thank you to everyone who helped make her day extra special.
Lucy's 2 year old stats:
27.6 lbs (60%)
36 inches (98%)
She's the perfect amount of chubbly and very tall. She's wearing some 3T clothes for the length. Girlfriend LOVES to sing and does it all the time. Right now her song of choice is Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. She still doesn't talk very well, but is really good and grunting/pushing/pulling you to get what she wants. She does say a lot of words, just not full sentences very often. She does a bouncy run instead of walking sometimes that I love. She likes Angry Birds (thanks brothers), Hello Kitty, playing pretend (kitchen, babies, etc), drawing, singing, Bubble Guppies, any Pixar movie, and helping Mommy. She sleeps in her new big girl room and big girl bed and the transition was surprisingly easy. She still has a binkie, or DD as she calls it, but only for sleeping. We're still working on getting it gone for good. She twirls her hair on her finger or pulls it under her chin when she's tired. She's hit and miss with food, but right now is on a banana kick. She will usually eat anything that her Mom is eating. She loves to wrestle/hang out with her Daddy and has him wrapped around her finger. She's a great big sister and is helpful with her baby sister. She loves being a big kid and playing with her brothers. She's silly and sassy and has a glare that's killer, but she's our beautiful princess and we adore getting to watch her grow up every day!
Happy Birthday Bestie.

November Random-ness

Holy crap, I have FOUR kids?!

Lucy has discovered that she can do whatever she wants while I'm nursing the baby.
Thankfully her brothers helped her clean it up.

"One million dollars"

Our weather is NEVER this nice in November.

I do this A LOT.
I'm beyond tired, but also beyond happy.

This is how you grocery shop with 3 kids under the age of 5.
Thank you, Wal-Mart, for making these insanely heavy carts.

Lincoln brought this home from school.  They were supposed to draw a picture
of what they wanted to be when they grow up.
"I want to be a Dad"
It's him and his son "pop".

We finally got a flat screen tv for the main level.
It took poor Dave 2 full days to get it up,
because his stubborn wife refused to have the cords hanging down the wall.
So he had to run them behind the wall and through all the insulation.
It was a pain in the butt, to say the least.

Nothing like a feather trimmed tiara and jammies.

Gracie Bug all dressed up.

Finally taking the trampoline down.
It obviously wasn't cold since Bean has on his singlet
and Linc has on his swim trunks and jammie top.
Good times.

My girls.
I have no idea what Lucy is trying to do to Grace.

Grace's first couture outfit, thanks to Aunt Tameo!

7 weeks old and getting chubbly :)

I adore this picture.

Little Miss still doesn't like to sleep by herself.
I may be in trouble!

Grant loves to help with Gracie.

My handsome husband emceeing The Festival of Trees.
He did an amazing job, again, and was extremely entertaining.

Big Smiles!
Waiting at the doctor for her 2 year checkup.

More big smiles!
