I Phone catch up

Driving on the freeway. Linc sat up front so I could sit back by the girls. He wanted to hold Dave's hand for most of the drive. It was very sweet.

She did NOT want her picture taken.

Grant went through a phase where he had to change back into his jammies after school.

When Mommy is giving too much attention to the baby, get into the baby 's bed. That way maybe Mommy will actually pay attention to you.

Lucy, Jace and Grant watching Kyler in The Nutcracker.

I have A LOT of this kind of pictures. I choose this one to represent the rest. My sweet sleepy girl who LOVES to snuggle.

She's such a messy eater sometimes.

Dave rockin' out on the drive home from SLC.

Grace rockin' out too. In her own way.

Lucy will entertain herself in her new room for hours.
 I love  it.

Ashley Ryan babysitting tweedle dee and tweedle dumb. Apparently Grant wanted to play dress up with Lucy and put the princess costume on without any prompting.

Story time with Daddy.
My two senoritas. Thanks Great Grandma/pa for the adorable dresses.

And finally, the first time both girls were asleep at the same time, each in their own bed! It was a  miracle. Thankfull, that kind of thing happens on a daily basis now.

Christmas 2012

We had Christmas at home this year. Usually we go to the snow cabin, but this year we decided to stay in town and not travel. It was a wonderful day and we all got super spoiled, as usual.

I can barely fit all SIX stockings on the mantel

Our tree this year thanks to my parents!
Setting out cookies and milk for Santa

This year Santa left the stockings in mine & Dave's bedroom. It was a lot of fun letting the kids go through their stockings, while getting some early morning snuggles in.
Santa definitely found us!

Grant's Cmas Program and my bday

Grant had his kindergarten Christmas program on my birthday this year. It was a perfect way for me to spend my day. He loves performing and his special song required him to shake jingle bells, which he really got into. So much, in fact, that we don't have a picture that's not blurry :)

This kid seriously cracks me up all the time.

After the program, we were invited back to Grant's classroom for hot chocolate, cookies and story time. He loved having both his parents full attention for a little while.

Auto timer portrait of my munchkins and me on my birthday.
My beautiful bday roses from my Dad.
And a little snowfall to complete a perfect December birthday.

The Grand

Here are a few pics I forgot to put with the last post. We LOVE staying at The Grand (thanks always Mom & Dad), but especially love it during the Christmas season.
Nothing like ice cream after a good swim.

Sweet naked lady

The kids love to do the window display game.
Last year it was with a penguin and this year it was all the different countries and how to say Merry Christmas in their native language.

The reward for completing the challenge :)

No trip to The Grand is complete without Banbury Cross for breakfast!

Deuel Family Cmas Party 2012

The only picture I got from the Deuel Family Cmas party.
We got a great family picture, but I don't have a copy of it.
I'll get one and post it later.
It's pretty epic.

Swimming at The Grand

Little Miss sat on the sidelines and watched.
This is what I get when I hold the camera above our heads and click.

*these next ones are blurry, but I still love them*

Another view from our room.

We had a great time with the Deuel Family. Between family pictures, surprise dinner, and hanging out, it was a lot of fun. We need to do it more than once a year! Thanks Mom and Dad for, once again, putting us up in our favorite home away from home :)
